WHY USE HARPERS?
We employ all our own tradespeople, ie "no sub-contract labour". All employees are fully trained and highly skilled craftsmen, each are certified to the most exacting government standards and are authorised to give the full legal documentation reguired "under law" to substantiate the quality and materials used in each installation.

Nearly all of our competitors sub-contract their labour and employ people from a "pool" system even though they will tell you differently. A "POOL" system operates as follows; bricklayers, carpenters, electricians, plumbers and glaziers are rarely fully employed by companies all the time, so they work FREELANCE, which means that they register with lots of different employers for work, who in turn cannot fully employ such employees on a full-time basis. It is therefore a complete lottery whom these companies employ and how good/bad their fitters' skills and workmanship are.
